Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the Rainforest After Dark trek seeing flying squirrels and exploring the beautiful beaches. The resort has great activities for everyone, whether relaxing or kayaking. Definitely recommend the spa too!

One thing to note is that the service at the bar was a bit slow during peak hours.

The breakfast selection stood out, offering a variety of fresh and delicious foods daily, including scrumptious muffins. The service was top-notch, making us feel at home throughout our visit. However, some facilities could use a bit more upkeep, and the proximity to wildlife requires cautious balcony security.

The staff? Just as sweet as their pastries, super friendly and always attentive. The infinity pool? Pure bliss. felt like we had it all to ourselves!

We did hit a bit of a snag with breakfast—our coffee game was weak with late arrivals. But Mr Lalu and the crew made up for it with a heartfelt apology and a lovely complimentary treat. Left Ritz-Carlton feeling fab instead of sad!

We spent 3 nights in a gorgeous Beach Villa. The service was above and beyond, especially when they surprised us with fresh cocktails by the private pool. One night we strolled on the beach, and to our delight, the staff had set up a cozy bonfire just for us.

We had an unforgettable stay filled with exceptional dining experiences, like the personalized surprise dinner crafted by the chef and the delightful breakfast overlooking the jungle. The serene spa visit left us utterly relaxed, and the vibrant atmosphere at the beach bar was the cherry on top! I would definitely choose this place again!

Our family enjoyed three wonderful nights in a Rainforest Deluxe Queen Room. The stunning scenery was a highlight, although we had to keep doors shut due to playful monkeys. Don’t miss the local dining options. the fresh seafood is exceptional! A golf buggy ride made exploring fun, but plan for early beach returns.
